Hi Jeff, I have a question about email support. Regarding zendo – messages the instruction is : “If there’s one for “baltimore-zen”, move it to “@action needed” how can I find if the email message is baltimore-zen? Is it the message with text baltimore-zen in subject or in text of the message? Thanks a lot Mehul
